1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery to Australia takes about 3–6 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days. You get tracking details as soon as your order ships.
2. Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order.
3. Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the United States to Australia. At the moment we do not ship to other countries.
4. Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Contact us first at info@wilsonridge.com and we will send you the steps. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
5. What if my item doesn't fit?
We offer size exchanges on all items. Contact us before you send anything back and we will guide you through it. Return shipping is paid by the customer; once we receive the item, we send out the right size at no extra charge.
6. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and check the returned item.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will help you quickly.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and the other secure payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
10. How do I care for my clothes?
Follow the care label on each item. As a rule: wash cold with similar colours, hang to dry or tumble dry low, and avoid high heat to keep the fabric soft and the fit in shape.
