1. Shipping Locations

We ship our products from the United States to customers in Australia. At this time, we do not ship to other countries.

2. Shipping Costs

All standard shipping costs are free of charge. 

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri) after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch your order promptly. Our cutoff time is 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

4. Delivery Time

We deliver our products to Australia within 3–6 business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. While we aim to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. In total, orders to Australia arrive within 4–10 business days from the date of purchase.

 

5. Risk and Title

Once your order is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid any issues.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide guidance on returns, replacements, or refunds as appropriate.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this information to track your order until it arrives at your delivery address.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.
