Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change. Payments must be made using valid payment methods. Your payment card statement may show a descriptor such as “wilsonridge” or a similar reference.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from the USA to Australia. Shipping costs for your order are free. Delivery times are estimates only. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk passes to you.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges are offered for eligible items.

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by Wilsonridge or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

The Services are powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Wilsonridge. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, products, or services purchased through our store.
