30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wilsonridge.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with further instructions. The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed on average within a maximum of 7 days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
