Return Policy

At Wilsonridge, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

Section 1

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Your request is submitted within the 30-day window
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
  • You can provide your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Section 2

Items Excluded from Returns

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Underwear and swimwear that has been removed from its sealed packaging
  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase

Section 3

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@wilsonridge.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective claims)

Our team will review your request and provide shipping instructions if approved. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Section 4

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide further guidance and may cover the cost of return postage.

Returns are sent to our facility in the United States. The exact return address will be shared after your request has been approved. Since returns are shipped internationally, we strongly advise using a trackable delivery service. Wilsonridge cannot be held liable for packages that go missing during return transit.

Section 5

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wilsonridge.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or another suitable resolution in line with your consumer rights.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return has been received.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Section 7

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If the replacement item you want is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Section 8

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund was issued but have not yet received it, we recommend the following steps:

  • Double-check your bank account or card statement
  • Reach out to your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary
  • If you have completed both steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@wilsonridge.com and we will investigate further

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not override or restrict any mandatory rights granted to you under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. You may be entitled to additional remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for their intended purpose.

General Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Wilsonridge reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
